July 13, 2011 – His Highness the Aga Khan, spiritual leader of the Ismail community, arrived in the country this evening for a private visit to Kenya.
The spiritual leader who is also the founder of the Aga Khan Development Network ( AKDN), arrived at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 7pm and received by Vice President, Kalonzo Musyoka and senior Government officials.
Others at the Airport were the Kenya Resident Representative, AKDN, Aziz Bhaloo, President, Agha Khan Council for Kenya, Zul Abdul and the Vice President of the Council, Anwar Hajee.
