Foreign Minister Ednan Karabaev on Thursday met with Aga Khan Development Network Resident Representative, Nurjehan Mawani to discuss projects run by AKDN in Kyrgyzstan, reported press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Foreign Minister Karabaev underlined that Kyrgyzstan highly values activities of the Aga Khan Development Network and attributes a big importance to strengthening the bilateral cooperation.
Ednan Karabaev thanked Nurjehan Mawani for assistance in solution of socio-economic problems in mountainous parts of the country and notably took a note of such projects like the University of Central Asia, mountainous communities support program, micro-lending, tourism development, telecommunication technologies.
