MARDAN: Various non-governmental organisations (NGOs) Thursday assured all-out support to the Mardan District Government in rehabilitating the internally displaced persons (IDPs). The pledge was committed in a ‘donors conference’ organised by the district government to raise money for rehabilitation of IDPs.
Representatives of National Rural Support Programme, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme, UNICEF, Sarhad Conservation Network, Al-Khidmat Foundation, IRSP, HRDO, Khwendo Kor, Khyber Medical College, Lakson Medical Trust, WSFD and Noor Education Trust attended the conference, while Himayatullah Mayar represented the district government.
