Recently, Canada’s former deputy minister of foreign affairs Peter Harder talked about Canada’s experience, and lauded His Highness, The Aga Khan, Imam of the Shia Ismaili Muslims and his guidance. He specifically referred to the convocation address His Highness made at the Columbia University last year.
