Children of Heaven, an Oscar nominated film directed by Majid Majidi (Iran 1997, 89 minutes, subtitled) will be shown at LACMA on Sunday, Jan 28th at 1:00 p.m.

Introduction to the film will be given by Linda Komaroff, Curator of Islamic Art at LACMA. Following the screening, Dr. Amir Hussain of Loyola Marymount University will be present for a Q&A.
The event is co-sponsored by the Ancient Art Council and His Highness Prince Aga Khan Shia Imami Ismaili Council for the Western United States.

  1. I highly recommend this movie to those who have not watched it yet. I have my personal copy of it too! Excellent way to teach values to our youth and learn ourselves!!
