Yesterday, General Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and UAE Defence Minister, accompanied Prince Karim Aga Khan, the Ismaili Muslims� spiritual leader, on a tour of Dubai’s landmarks. Their tour included the Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum House and Dubai Museum.
The Aga Khan said that he admired the UAE’s heritage and culture and that he appreciated the UAE�s commitment to preserving its legacy and values. He thanked Sheikh Mohammed for the tour, which, he said, gave him a chance to see both the old and modern parts of the UAE.
Later, Sheikh Mohammed hosted a luncheon in honour of his guest.
