Meet Farhan Shah, an Australian/Pakistani music producer, composer and lyricist. Already an established artist with his Pakistani band Udan Khatola, Farhan makes a wonderful addition to this year’s program. Somewhat of an overachiever, Farhan works as a freelance composer and singer in Australia, engaging with the global India/Pakistan/world music scene. The concept of world music is important to Farhan, and one that is close to his heart.
“I believe it’s true that music is a universal language, and that is why I am excited to experience the diversity, harmony, exchanging of cultures and untold and yet unknown stories,” says Farhan.
