Interview with Dr. Alim Nagji.

Why is this research important?

The vast majority of simulation research is done within academic hospitals. Community hospitals can benefit from simulation curriculum by improving teaching opportunities which in turn can lead to retention and recruitment of new clinicians and improving patient outcomes through enhanced preparation for uncommon, high stakes scenarios.
