The letter received from the Founding Governor General of Pakistan, Mohammad Ali Jinnah dated 7th January 1948 to Habib Rahimtoola and Begum Zubeida Rahimtoola during their posting in the United Kingdom.
Mr Habib Rahimtoola was the First High Comissioner for Pakistan to London at the time, a post he held till 1952 after which he was assigned to Paris as Ambassador to France.
Begum Zubeida Rahimtoola was presiding over the All Pakistan Women’s Association UK Chapter during her husband’s posting there and was the Founding member of the organization.
