Dr. Farida Virani strongly believes; the Indian education system has embarked on a bold transformation to ensure a high quality 21st century education to all, regardless of where they live, their gender, cultural background or socio-economic status and that everyone must contribute to this nation building initiative. A degree in Leadership and Education Management, augmented by more than two years of academic experience and her strong sense of giving back to the society, motivated Dr. Farida Virani to deliver a workshop for two small schools with a glorious history of fifty years in education, specially serving the Muslim minority communities in Aurangabad. Little Star English High School and Kids Pride English School located at Garkheda, Aurangabad under the SaiNath Education Trust.
Principals, Administrators, Teachers, Students and some Parents of these schools came together to co- create the vision, mission and value statements for the school under her competent facilitation. Ms. Anamika Supekar, the promoting trustee said, “I think it is important for teachers and other stakeholders to have a common set of beliefs, sometimes we get so wrapped up in the regular routines that we need to be reminded of where we hope to see our school in future and how do we plan to get there” The President of SaiNath Trust concluded the workshop thanking Dr. Virani and saying the school has now entered a new era and now we have our vision , mission statements to inspire us to grow for the next 50 years . The workshop was covered by Lokmat Aurangabad July 14th 2017 a widely read local newspaper.
