Zahra Nensi of Deloitte to help seek solutions for unemployed graduates in Tanzania

Dar es Salaam — Deloitte East Africa is seeking practical solutions to youth unemployment through training unemployed graduates who are hunting for jobs without innovative ideas to become jobs generators for themselves and others.

The Deloitte senior manager for strategy and innovations Ms Zahra Nensi, told The Citizen on Tuesday that they have begun to select 65 graduate youths who are being trained to design innovative business ideas and train other youths to establish business projects for adding value to agricultural commodities.

Zahra Nensi is an Associate Director leading Deloitte’s Strategy & Operations practice in Tanzania, with over 10 years of experience advising clients in the Public Sector, Health Care, Financial Services & other industries.

Through her 10+ years with the firm, Zahra has developed expertise in a number of priority areas for organizations, including program / project management, performance and results management, complex stakeholder and change management, business intelligence / analytics and post-merger integrations. Her primary focus is to advise clients in how to manage their programs and deliver the desired results. Her recommendations have transformed the way clients allocate resources, engage stakeholders, make decisions and manage risks.

Zahra has a PMP, B.Math and MBA.
