Dr Tashmin Khamis of AKU appointed as a member of the Global Teaching Excellence Award judging panel

The Aga Khan University is proud to announce the appointment of Dr Tashmin Khamis, the Founding Director of AKU’s Networks of Quality Assurance and Improvement (QAI_net) and Teaching and Learning (TL_net), as a member of the international judging panel for the UK Higher Education Academy’s Global Teaching Excellence Award. ​​

The Higher Education Academy (HEA) recently launched the Global Teaching Excellence Award that will exclusively focus on identifying and recognising higher education institutions that are delivering world-class teaching and learning strategies in support of student success.
