Train Smarter

While poor posture is a hallmark of a sedentary lifestyle, it can also come from both imbalanced workouts, that overdevelop the chest, and sports, such as cycling, that keep the body hunched over for prolonged periods of time. Regain balance by: stretching and massaging the pectoral muscles; strengthening the rhomboids, the muscles that draw your shoulder blades together; and doing back bends that target the upper spine, like Fish Pose and Still Life with Yoga Mat.
