As Nuit Blanche Toronto transforms the city for one night with art, creativity and discovery, Sandra Singh (Chief Librarian at the Vancouver Public Library) and Aziza Chaouni (Founding Principal of Aziza Chaouni Projects and Associate Professor at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design) present a talk exploring libraries and their changing role as a place of creative engagement and the preserve of cultural traditions in the 21st century. Free light refreshments will follow the lecture.
