Mountain students raise trail safety concerns – Metro Vancouver has change of heart, to seek solution

But when she realized others were not so cautious, the Grade 9 student at Burnaby Mountain secondary decided to raise safety concerns about a trail often used by students.

A solution has been elusive, until now.

The attraction is a savings of up to 20 minutes for students heading home to the Government Street area or even more for those seeking earlier bus connections to the Cariboo Hill neighbourhood.
