An Information Technology and Shared Services Executive with extensive experience, Karim has enjoyed several leadership roles with Procter & Gamble, spanning across multiple markets and businesses. He began his career in Canada, managing supply chain systems. Subsequently, as an IT Manager in India, he laid the foundation for Procter & Gamble India to operate both regionally and globally. He then moved to Kobe, Japan, where he developed and ran P&G IT Master Plan for Asia. In 2002, back in Canada, he became the first global service leader for Business Intelligence at P&G, in the newly formed Global Business Services division.
