Carleton University’s Thomas Orr wins Aga Khan Foundation International Youth Fellowship Award

NPSIA congratulates Thomas Orr, winner of an Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC)’sInternational Youth Fellowship Award

The Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC)’s prestigious International Youth Fellowship Program has been training young Canadians to be leaders in global development since 1989. The Fellowship offers a one month international development training seminar and an eight-month overseas placement to recent university graduates and young professionals who are 30 years of age or younger. Each Fellow spends eight months in Africa or Asia working with agencies and partners of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN), one of the world’s largest and most respected international development agencies.
