Naturally I snapped four hundred photos to commemorate the occasion, and was hard-pressed to whittle them down to my favourite few.

This year for Christmas Daryn’s parents gave us the loveliest present: in support of our happiness project, they gifted us with a visit to the Aga Khan (Islamic) Museum in Toronto, followed by dinner at its restaurant Diwan. Newly opened in September 2014, the building itself feels like poetry: serene, elegant and peaceful, filled with light that, as the sun grew long over the day, was its own ever-changing painting on a graceful white canvas.
