Although born in Hamilton, Karim grew up in Toronto. After graduating from the Toronto French School, he studied international law in France (Sorbonne, Sciences Po) and the US (Cornell). He previously worked in the international disputes department at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, the world’s largest litigation-only firm.
Fluently bilingual, having lived and worked in Toronto, Paris and New York, Karim brings a well-informed global perspective to federal issues. He is a true blue Tory, a card-carrying Conservative for over 11 years and has worked on 6 municipal, provincial and federal election campaigns.
