Saara Punjani is in her final year of the Juris Doctor program at Osgoode Hall Law School. She enjoys writing free verse poetry incorporating various levels of metaphor. In this piece, written after visiting the Ismaili Centre Toronto for the first time, she attempts to capture the “feel” of the space without explicitly describing its physical characteristics.
