South Asian vocal traditions take centre stage as Kiran Ahluwalia explores the language of the heart through ghazals and Punjabi folk songs. To open the evening, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan’s nephews, Rizwan and Muazzam, bring the propulsive energy of qawwali to Koerner Hall.
