via nation.co.ke The Aga Khan Hospital has launched a new chemotherapy facility in Mombasa.Residents will now easily access chemotherapy services in the fight against cancer in the region.Speaking during the official opening of a new Day Care Chemotherapy Centre at the Aga Khan Hospital in Mombasa, Mombasa County Governor Hassan Ali Joho welcomed the facility saying it would go a long way in providing the much needed access and proper treatment for cancer in the county.“This centre is a much needed addition to the Mombasa health care sector. It is a significant achievement considering the shortage of cancer care facilities in the county,” Governor Joho said.
