Religious Teacher
Institute of Education, LONDON/ Aga Khan Council for USA
A native of Texas, I currently teach religious education to Isma’ili Muslim youth in the Dallas area. I graduated from Emory University with undergraduate degrees in Business and Religious Studies and went on to pursue a dual-masters degree in London, England. I graduated with a Masters in Teaching and Masters of Arts in Muslim Civilizations from the Institute of Isma’ili studies in conjunction with the Institute of Education with double distinction theses. During my two years in London I had tremendous opportunities working with immigrant and refugee communities in England and Germany. I volunteer at various youth summer camps and community enhancement programs, particularly for 1st and 2nd generation immigrant populations.

i am sure she is going to be a great contributor toward the intellectual task that she has undertaken and for that i wish to congratulate and offer her all the best wishes, she will likely change the landscape of the religious education for ismailies for generations to come and for all over the world. And i am again sure that many many more ismailies will follow her in the pursuit if the religious knowledge.
