A new Telecom firm has entered Uganda’s voice and data market, a move expected to further competition in an already competitive business terrain. Smart Telecom, part of the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development will according to company officials be investing 300 million dollars in a bid to strengthen its presence in Uganda and grow its tendrils to Tanzania and Burundi
