Sept 5th 2012, Teachers’ Day at the HR College of Mumbai was charged with abundance of academic experience as the room was filled with the doyens of the academic world. The event marked the Teachers’ Day Felicitation Programme by the Higher Education Forum (HEF), one of the largest online education communities with 3500+ members’ world wide.
At the ceremony, 19 awards were given in various categories. Dr. Farida Virani, Professor and Head of Department, OB & HR, MET Institute of Management, Mumbai, received an award for her outstanding contribution to Teaching and Education – Subject – Human Resources Management.
