ISLAMABAD: Sybrid Private Limited, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company and McDonald’s Emirates signed a comprehensive contact centre outsourcing agreement for food delivery operations that will service customers all over UAE.
According to an announcement of the Sybrid Private Limited here on Wednesday, the agreement would provide a unique opportunity of jobs to the Pakistanis national working in the UAE. Through this agreement, Pakistani nationals would be able to perform new functions, activities and jobs in UAE. This will also increase experience of overseas Pakistanis in UAE particularly in the field of food delivery operations.
Sybrid Pakistan has extensive contact centre technology, human resources and other operational depth with a proven track record as a strategic partner of other McDonald’s delivery operations in the region. The agreement signing ceremony was held in McDonald’s Dubai office and was attended among others by the leadership team of both companies including from McDonald’s Emirates side; Managing Director and Partner Rafic Fakih, General Manager Walid Fakih, Sr Director Operations Wissam Marouf, Director Marketing and Communications Mazen Sous, and IT Director Prakash Rao.
