During the academic year 2012-13, Tabreek successfully completed 11 year old program and demonstrated consistently exceptional performance in all areas i.e. curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities throughout the academic year. It was her third year at the QSI International School of Bishkek (QSIB), outside of her home town in Karachi. Her achievements during the academic year 2012-13 are summarized below:
