Aga Khan Foundation USA CEO Mirza Jahanai’s Notes: Multi-Input Area Development in Afghanistan and Tajikistan

Aga Khan Foundation USA CEO Mirza Jahanai's Notes: Multi-Input Area Development in Afghanistan and TajikistanThe MIAD program is a new type of partnership that mobilizes public and private sector capital to fuel enterprise-driven development programs, which harness the strengths of the AKDN in Afghanistan and more broadly in Central Asia.

In our field trip to see the new MIAD’s potential impact across the region, we visited the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border, where AKDN has already built five bridges.
