DOHA: The importance of a strong political will in a country in order to introduce and implement education reforms was strongly debated by experts on the second day of the third World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), yesterday.
The day opened with a thematic plenary session on ‘Achieving Effective Reforms,’ which was held to discuss how innovations ranging from national reforms to high impact, small scale projects can effectively raise achievement levels and increase equity of educational outcomes.
