Please Support The Leukemia Alim-inators

Please Support The Leukemia Alim-inatorsOn 20th September 2010, we lost our Son ALIM to Leukemia (blood cancer). It has been a year since his passing and we would like to continue raising money to help find a cure to prevent this from happening to more families. Last year we did charity walk with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and with your support, we collected more than $28,000.00 and we were awarded as the “Largest Team Members Participation” ever. We deeply appreciated the time and effort everyone put into raising money and spreading awareness. Thank you for all of your support.

For those of you who knew Alim Hasmani, understood the pain and constant treatments he went under. Even with everything going on in his life, he remained in great spirit and kept an unforgettable smile on his face. His life impacted many people in ways we couldn’t imagine. At the age of 19, he was taken from us by Leukemia. It was hard to lose Alim. He was a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew and especially a friend to all.

This is why we are supporting this cause! We want to help this society find a CURE for LEUKEMIA, so no other Family has a loss to this kind of Blood Cancer.

So we ask you for you’re help again. Please join our team and/or sponsor us for this cause. Join our team and forward this email or the computer generated email from the main website to all your Family and Friends. The LIGHT THE NIGHT Walk will be held on 5th of October, 2011 at 5:30pm at Metro Hall. (now as David Pecaut Square). Our Team name is: THE LEUKEMIA ALIM-INATORS. 1. Ya Ali Madad,
Sorry to learn about the loss of your son, Alim – however, congratulations on the good work you are doing. We are glad to contribute to your efforts.
Since you are reaching out to families with special needs and disabilities, you may be interested in knowing that there are a lot of financial benefits, relief, grants and bonds that are available to Canadian residents and citizens which most people / families with specail needs / disabilities do not claim. We can help here – please visit our website http://WWW.DisabilityRefunds.com for more information and forward it to others who may benefit.
