Islamic architecture relates not only to design and build but more precisely the contribution of Islamic culture, belief and reflection. As it has been very well addressed by His Highness the Aga Khan, I could not agree any more to apply these ideas into new building being built not only by Muslims around the world but also for other religious sectors to follow principles that will last for generations to understand belonging to a building environment.
It is apparent, with the new buildings being built by the Aga Khan around the world, architectural results prove that environmental and sustainability issues are at the key points.
I am already using such guidance even in my garden.
