The life, work and role of His Highness the Aga Khan is the subject of Rays of Light, a major exhibition in South Kensington.
The Aga Khan – spiritual leader of the Shia Imami Ismaili Muslim community – was the driving force behind the creation of the world’s first Ismaili Centre in Exhibition Road. Rays of Light marks the Aga Khan’s golden jubilee and the 25th anniversary of The Ismaili Centre and focuses on the links between his role as a cultural and spiritual leader and the work of the Aga Khan Development Network.
