Adding to the international response for flood affectees in Pakistan, the US National Library of Medicine and other partners have activated the Emergency Access Initiative (EAI) that will allow temporary free access to emergency-related literature at eai.nlm.nih.gov.
EAI is a collaborative partnership between National Library of Medicine, USA and participating publishers, to provide free access to full-text articles from over 230 biomedical serial titles and over 60 reference books and online databases to healthcare professionals and libraries affected by disasters.
