Pakistan is ill-equipped to deal with the most far-reaching natural disaster the world has ever seen.
The latest United Nations estimates suggest the floods in the country bordering India killed nearly 2,000 people, rendered six million Pakistanis homeless, and directly affected more than 22 million people.
This natural disaster is much bigger than the tsunami in Asia or the recent earthquake in Haiti.
It is not easy for Canadians to imagine the magnitude of the crisis caused by flooding.
