HUNZA : Field Geologist Sher Sultan Baig on Saturday said 10 percent area of Attaabad is still unstable due to its gegraphic conditions and the danger of landsliding looms large there.
Talking to APP, he said FOCUS has conducted a survey of the area and send its recommendations to the concerned authorities, to avoid more disasters in future. It has recommended that the inhabitants should be evacuated from the area.

in resent disaster for Gojal the Focus conducted survey for possibly danger to submerge they mark on january 2010 a possible dangerous of water level for Gulmit ,shishkat,
And Ayeen abad. it was almost 100% true.
to day the water is submerging which the focus indicated 6months a go possible disaster area.
The problem is very difficult to abundant the places such areas where generation to generations have make the area there Homes and not only home there earning resource from the same cultivation fields, the entire family work together and earn for there daily life. to day it is very difficult to spend millions of rupees to build or make new settlement
where the entire family work tighter and keep there way of life going.
