Seniors Jonny Carson & Iqbal Kassam led our three team contingent from West Point Grey Academy to this year’s Senior Nationals at Glenlyon Norfolk School this past weekend in Victoria.
After six preliminary rounds, we were excited to learn that Jonny & Iqbal had topped the tabs and headed into the break rounds as the number 1 team.
For the second year in a row, Jonny & Iqbal are the Canadian National Champions! It is a fitting conclusion for a phenomenal high school debating career – please congratulate the team when you see them.
