The Vancouver 2010 Olympic Torch at WPGA

On November 12, 2009, students in 4SK and 7CS got another opportunity to see and carry an Olympic Torch. Students were inspired and honoured to carry the (unlighted) torch. The torch had been used during the relay leading up to the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games. Engraved on the torch was the 2010 Games motto “With Glowing Hearts”.
