Dr. Talib Rajwani: The Laughlin Fellows Class of 2009

Talib RajwaniDr. Rajwani received both his undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Alberta.

During the course of his medical training, he completed his Ph.D. in neuroimaging, publishing 14 papers in peer-reviewed journals. Along the way, he worked in India as the Canadian representative for the United Nations HIV Empowerment program. He has a long-standing history of involvement in speech and debate and placed first at the World Public Speaking Championships. He hopes to pursue a career in adult psychiatry, while exploring his interest in patient advocacy.

Talib Rajwani is currently a PGY-3 resident at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada.
