The 23rd Annual Day of Aga Khan Higher Secondary School, Hunza (AKHSS, H) was celebrated on October 31, 2009. The stage decoration and arrangement for the Day was done by the students of grade 12. The programme started with Qiraat, Naat and words of welcome said by students in their mother tongues (five local languages with different dialects spoken by the students – Burushaski: including the dialects of Central Hunza, Nagar & Yasin; Wakhi; Khuwar; Balti and Shina: including the dialects of lower Hunza, Gilgit, Ghizer, and Astore).
