Saadat Keshavjee, CPM, was recently awarded the Distinguished Faculty Award at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He has taught residential property management and condominium management courses at the college since 1990, and was instrumental in developing a four-course extension certificate program in condominium management, including manuals. This award recognizes Keshavjee’s high standard of academic excellence, his willingness to share his experiences, as well as his dedication to his students.
Saadat Keshavjee, Managing Director of Amhurst, established the firm in the early eighties.
As an instructor in Real Estate education, Saadat is an instructor at Mount Royal University, Calgary and with IREM in the United States. He has been awarded The Mount Royal University Distinguished teaching award for 2009. He works closely with the Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA), the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), and The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of the USA and various Real Estate Management Corporations and Apartment Associations. Saadat instructs courses on Property Management, Condominium Management, Real Estate Specialties and The Residential Tenancies Act to licensing real estate practitioners. He has served as Past National President of the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC), the Board of The Institute of Real Estate Management (US), and currently serves on the Board of the Institute of Real Estate Management Foundation.
