UK residents should have no problem in acquring this magazine – it is available at various newsagents – see http://www.apollo-magazine.com/stockist.php. Generally it takes a few weeks before it reaches certain centres in Canada. In Ottawa, Brittons on Bank Street in The Glebe sells it. The November issue has just arrievd – so this specific issue will be here in 3 to 4 weeks. Other cities may be luckier.
