Rossmina – the BBC World web-site is very helpful in this regard. They have a schedule page where you can select your country and timezone. It will then display the correct show-time listings:

The show you want to look for is called ‘Imagination’. I believe the new episodes are launched every Saturday, and replay several times Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I can see from using the web-site above, that it plays on Saturday the 22nd at 10:30 am in Toronto (IE Eastern time). Please do visit the web-site for re-play times.
Also, the show’s web-site will also be helpful in this regard, though it only shows London times (GMT):

To date, only part I has been shown (IE the one on the video).
Regarding which channel in Toronto, you’ll have to call your cable / satellite company for that. Each company assigns different channel numbers. I have Bell ExpressVu in Western Canada, and BBC world comes on channel 510. I am uncertain if it is the same channel for Bell in Ontario (might be). All of the major cable and satellite service providers in Canada carry BBC World, but not necessarily on their basic service.
