In part 1, the interview discusses health challenges that Salimah
Mussani had to overcome, in succeeding at golf (and she has succeeded
at the highest levels). Negative voices jumped on top of the health
challenges, with many people including doctors saying that she should
quit the sport and that success would not be possible. She didn’t
quit, and success was and continues to be achieved!
In part 2, the interview focuses on Salimah’s faith, which is Shia
Imami Ismaili Muslim, and what, if any, obstacles that created. On
the flip-side, there is discussion about how it actually is a support
to Salimah.
Salimah is now on the brink of becoming the first female on the LPGA tour!
