Dar es Salaam. The Aga Khan Hospital Dar es Salaam (AKHD) through Women for Women Programme has performed 102 free plastic and reconstructive surgeries to restore physical organs, and appearances on women and children who had deformities resulting from burns, violence and accidents. The hospital on November 27 will offer a free medical screening camp as it prepares to perform other 40 similar plastic surgeries on women and children.
