Didar of the Bab al-Madina’t al-‘Ilm – Gate to the City of Knowledge | Diamond Jubilee Imamat Day

I am the City of Knowledge and ‘Ali is the gate! Whoever desires knowledge, let him enter through the Gate! (Ana madinat’ul-‘ilm wa Ali babuha. Fa-man arada’l ‘ilm fal-ya’ti’l-bab)

–Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.)

Remember that we [the Imams] are the Ahl al-Bayt of the Holy Prophet, we are his true companions, we are the trustees and treasurers of the knowledge granted to him, and we are the gates through which one can reach this storehouse of wisdom and learning!
