Labyrinth Musical Workshop – a vital new addition to Toronto’s rich global music landscape – is a series of concerts and intensive instrument-specific workshops happening from May 7th through June 2nd. This musical workshop brings a number of celebrated artists working in various traditional musics spanning Eastern Europe over to Central Asia—Bulgarian, Iranian, Kurdish, Cretan, Afghani, Arabic and more. They’re also calling upon several important local practitioners.
