Karim has been the driver behind such diverse and complex projects as the planning and construction of several major projects for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, including the Odette Cancer Centre and hundred-million-dollar Acute Care and Research facilities. He also steered the Ismaili Centre and Aga Khan Park projects (Toronto) for over a decade.
He is currently co-CEO of Palmeira Holdings LCC, a real estate development company in Florida.
