Programme One goes behind the scenes of the world’s richest prize in Architecture and hears from master jury and steering committee members including UK artist Anish Kapoor and world-renowned architect Norman Foster. It features eight of the finalists of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture including the Greenschool in Bali an entire school complex made from bamboo on a grand scale, a striking and colourful Women’s Health Centre in a run down part of Burkina Faso’s capital city, to a reconstructed and revitalised Souk in Doha which has become a major attraction in Qatar for locals and global tourists alike.
