Celebrating Citizenship at the Aga Khan Museum

On Tuesday, April 7, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC) welcomed 50 new Canadians during a community citizenship ceremony at the Aga Khan Museum in Toronto.

Jointly organized by CIC and local ICC volunteer committees, and held in welcoming public spaces, community citizenship ceremonies involve the whole community in the celebration of a significant milestone in a new Canadian’s life. Click here to watch a short video about these remarkable events.
