My dad has always been a strong person. He always worked hard to support his family, relatives and friends. He is still trying to stay strong and courageous even after he was diagnosed with peritoneal cancer a year ago. But the cancer is taking his toll on him and on the family, that loves him endlessly.
I am doing this fundraiser to raise as much money as possible to help cover some of the medical expenses that are not covered by OHIP, ease the increasing financial burden on my family, and, simply, make his life a bit better, so that he could concentrate on spending his days with the people he loves, and people who love him.
